We called Don Franklin Genesis of Lexington to confirm the vehicle was available and to ask if they were negotiable on price. We were told yes to both. Since we were extremely interested in purchasing, we went to the dealership. The salesman also mentioned there was some wiggle room, but once the sales manager got involved, the experience completely changed. He claimed they were a high-volume dealer selling 500 cars a month and then rudely told us that since we weren’t close on price, we should just leave the lot instead of wasting time. This was dismissive, unprofessional, and completely contradictory to what we were told before coming in. We came ready to buy but left very disappointed. I would not recommend this dealership.
