If I could give negative stars I would. I called a month in advance to make an appointment for our GV80. I requested a loaner and asked them to update the navigation system. I explained how awful our previous service was at their Everett location. How the car had to go back twice because the navigation update didn't work when they sent us away to do it ourselves. I was assured our experience would be better this time. Nope. They didn't have a loaner, so my husband missed half a day of work, they didn't rotate the tires, didn't vacuum or clean the vehicle. AND guess what, they didn't update the navigation system. Instead told my husband to do it himself. When I called to follow up and express my frustrations (again) I was offered excuses, told "I'll look into it and call you back later today". AND guess what, he never called back. This company doesn't care about their customers at all. We have now had three separate HORRIBLE service appointments that have cost us time and money. We purchased the vehicle in Los Angeles from a dealership that was impeccable. We moved to Bellevue and are now stuck with the decision of selling a vehicle we really enjoy because we are hostage to your terrible service/customer service since you're the only dealership in WA. You've cornered the market on ruining the brand. Your dealership should send your staff to Mercedes, Porsche, and Cadillac of Bellevue for training. They are ill-equipped to be handling the "luxury brand" you aspire to become.
