Dealership staff were great and overall service experience was very nice! My only critique is that the website could use some improvement. It was not clear whether a loaner vehicle would be available. Also, Genesis should provide a more clear maintenance schedule to follow and when to bring in the vehicle. For now, I will follow the dealership advice of every 3000 miles but that seems pretty frequent.
