Very satisfied customer
I recently bought my second Genesis from Genesis of Highland. Greg and Kristin were great to work with. They know I'm an impatient customer and not always easy to satisfy.

Truthfully, they both did an excellent job for me and I sincerely appreciate their kindness and professionalism.

They didn’t fix all my issues
They didn’t fix all my issues. A/C issue and infotainment issue. Radio issue repaired A/C issue not. I’ve gone the hottest part of the summer hot because or poor schedule dates and now not even during the fall when it’s still somewhat hot can I enjoy my car that I barely drive but on weekends. Deeply disappointed and upset

Think twice before purchasing.
I love my Genesis, but I can no longer in good conscience recommend the Webb Genesis/Hyundai dealership. I shouldn't need to have my front passenger side door and front passenger side fender repainted because I chose to have my oil changed at their dealer facility. They are currently trying to repair my vehicle so as to be able to return it to me in 'as good as new' condition. We'll see how that goes.

However, it would have been SO much easier had my vehicle NOT been damaged on their premises to begin with. So, this review is currently a work in progress. Results of these current repairs will have a huge impact on whether I am able to reformulate my opinion of the dealership in the future.

Good intentions DO go a long way with me, however, the real test lies in the quality of the actual work performed.
