Excellent Customer Service
In a summary it was tge attention to details. Beginning with the appointment follow up. Prompt service. My car had a few things to do, including 2 campaigns and it was delivered on the same day to my surprise. I was contacted all the time with the status and findings.

Staff is very professional and courteous.

So far, my favorite Genesis dealer.

Tire Problem
I played golf on Friday and returned to the car and the left rear tire was flat. I called Triple A and within 10 minutes a repair truck showed up and added air to the tire. It held b ut I was concerned about the reliability of the tire and immediately drove to Hyundai Henderson to have the tire checked out. I was under warranty and received a new tire which was great !!! I had to wait about 2 hours in the waiting area but with the new reclining chairs it helped passed the time.

Hyundai Henderson does a great job taking care of its customers. I recommend them to others and tell them my success stories.

The people are Hyundai's greatest asset.
Hyundai does a fine job. My Genesis G80 is an outstanding vehicle. You can see the quality of construction and it drives like a dream. It is the most comfortable riding car I have ever owned. Bennie Pacheco, Service Manager, does an exceptional job and is a valuable asset to the company. I enjoy watching him interact with his people and the customers. He makes the environment comfortable and allows his people to work at their best. Delpino (I think that is his name) did a wonderful job greeting me and getting me started on the service process.

I highly recommend the dealership and the Service Department to anyone exploring a new car and the on going service.

The Service Department does a great taking caThe Service re of the customer.
The Service Department does a great job (1) receiving the customer, (2) professionally getting the repair work done on a timely basis and (3) exiting the customer from the dealership. At first ,what that counts, it is the vehicle appearance, so in this domain you score a 10 !
Then mechanically it is OK I wish that my selected controls remain what I selected and be accustomed.
It is quite important if I relay to a warning that was disabled. ! (Ex. Blind spot detection).
Otherwise everything fine.

People have a real interest in treating the customer right.
I love my Genesis G80. I have had the car for three years and it is still a pleasure to drive it. Friends who ride in the Genesis are complimentary of the quality of the inside and the smooth ride.
In 3 years there was only one small problem corrected by putting on a new gas cap i.e. the computer was showing excessive emissions.

Bennie Pacheco, Service Manager, takes an active interest and concern whenever I bring my car in. He is personable and professional. Good man!
