Cannot more strongly recommend brand, but would caution anyone to avoid this dealership. The sales process was fine, but the after-the-sale service is one of the worst I have experienced. Owned BMW and Range Rover before and was led to believe the service would be on par with those luxury brands. Not the case at Hazelwood. Actually, the dealer is Napleton Hyundai. They only have two Genesis techs working there and it shows. Carwash has been down for months. Car returned dirtier than when dropped off. Fluids not topped off. Service intervals not reset. Absolutely no attention to detail whatsoever. Definitely not a luxury dealership.
