Worst Car and Service
Do not buy a Genesis!!! This is the worst manufacturer and worst customer service. I purchased my vehicle two years ago and it’s been problem after problem with this dealership. I’m convinced they sold me a lemon car and under the lemon law in Texas this is unacceptable. I regret ever stepping into this dealership after being warned not to even bother. You’ve been warned!!!

Amazing Service from Start to Finish1
Words cannot express the care, time and effort that not only the salesman took but the financial department took to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase. They all went above and beyond at Genesis and we are so happy with our purchase. Guillermo (sales) was very knowledgeable with Genesis and Eric (finance) was so helpful and took his time explaining all the info we needed to know before we left the car lot. Guillermo even drove our Genesis to McAllen to deliver. Thank you again guys for taking care of us! They are the best!

I enjoyed shopping for my new Genesis @ Genesis of Harlingen. I got awesome advice and received the red carpet treatment from all the amazing staff there. They made sure I got a reasonable monthly payment that facilitated my motivation to buy.

Profesional, yet friendly salespeople to work with. They were efficient and quickly got the deal completed. They were accommodating as far as paperwork and delivery of car.
I am loving the G70 driving performance! It’s also quite an eye catcher!

Genesis has the customer service down great
I went looking for a new car and the staff was friendly and attentive. They actually listened and gave me what I was looking for instead of giving me the next big car. They were knowledgeable and answered my questions and have touched base in case I need anything else after buying the car. Very enjoyable experience.
