Excellent sales experience from Hayes. But the rest is not what I would expect from a luxury brand: 2 phone calls to ask about the license “we will have finance call you: never happened. Call to genesis sales (license plate holder given does not fit. Not for this vehicle: GV70). General number for genesis sales goes to voicemail after 20 unanswered rings. Person for “all other questions “ also goes to voicemail. Wouldn’t happen at Porsche, Mercedes, Jaguar, BMW, Bolvo, Saab, or even Subaru, all of which I have owned.

Fantastic Service Department!
I purchased my 2018 G80 when I lived in North Carolina and always had a great experience with the dealership there...I was worried about finding a good dealership here in Ohio, but Genesis of Groveport quickly put my worries to rest!...I was able to get an appointment for recall work and oil change in a matter of days...my advisor, Chelsea, and everyone was so friendly and professional...Genesis of Groveport is definitely going to be my "go to" dealership and I highly recommend them!

A tremendous vehicle at a great value from people who truly care. It's been a while since I could honestly say a product was so solidly built with a feel like it could last forever...but that's my new G90. The bumper to bumper and extended warranties would make even its closest competitor marvel at the mere thought. You can do that when there's reasonable assurances that your product doesn't need a warranty. Lastly and most importantly are the people who articulate all of these nuances into an inexplicably clear and concise message. I sort of liken the whole experience to having your favorite dish prepared by a world renown Chef perfectly seasoned with the guarantee that you will get double your money back if you in any way dislike the result.
