They make excuses for making any mistakes and don't care about the customer.
I'm trying to sell my car now. I makes me sick owning a car that has dealerships that treat customers so poorly. They lie, make excuses and after waiting 20min to receive my car it had writing all over the front window. they guy says hold on I need to clean it. after waiting for 20 min I couldn't beleve they didn't clean it first before bringing it to me. worst service I ever experienced.
I purchased a car in California to be registered in Arizona. Sales staff said this was no problem. I would be given a one way, one day permit that would allow me to drive to Arizona and go directly to MVD. Upon arriving I was told I had no MSO. Upon calling the dealership, they acknowledged that they knew I did not have it. However, the would not send it to me for ten days. I told them that I would try to get my money back and they could come get their car. The owner finally called and said he would send the paperwork by Fedex the next day. I lost 6 days, drove to Arizona for nothing and had to complain everyday to get the problem fixed.
Effective and straightforward transaction. I am very pleased with the car and dealership.
I found the color combination I wanted at Genesis of Glendale. This was very important to me, and I drove from Torrance to Glendale for this reason. Little did I know I was going to find the great level of service and readiness of the transaction. The car was impeccable and ready to go, which also added to my satisfaction with the deal.

The dealership definitively needs some work to contend with big names like BMW Mercedes and Lexus. Despite it all, I know that this is just the beginning for Genesis. I also was fortunate to work with an awesome salesman who was not only knowledgable with the Genesis, he had an enjoyable personality too and I would definitely do business with him again.
These guys are top notch. What an experience. Vidal is a total stud. Straight shooter, honest, and his level of expertise with these cars--and cars in general--is mind blowing. he made the experience memorable. These guys are the real deal. Ask for Vidal or Jason--two of the finest professionals I've ever worked with.

I picked up my brand new G70 about 10 days ago, and could not be happier.
Thank you again to THE MAN, Jason Dillon, who went out of his way to make everything go smoothly. The respect Jason shows for his customer is exemplary. Genesis management: Keep an eye on Jason...he is a true professional and personifies what it is to be a "leader."
Thanks also to Goran (not sure if I spelled that right), who made the ever-painful "paperwork process" quickly.
