Genesis GV70.
The service, I received from the Service Manager David was exceptional. They identified the problem quickly as the transmission (needed to be replaced). At this point I became concerned.
A new car with less than three thousand miles needed to have a new transmission installed. David gave me an estimated time of repair of approximately 3 - 4 weeks.
The only issue I had with the process was giving me a loaner vehicle which was not a Genesis. I have been a Mercedes owner for a very long time and when service was required on my vehicle, I always received a like size type of a Mercedes as a loaner.
The Genesis GV 70 is beautiful and performs as well as if not better than the top-rated Mercedes.
Terrance, the Service Manager of Genesis Freehold as well as Brianna my case (#19407958) representative for Genesis were terrific with the follow up details of my case.
One of my concerns was with all the Technology in this vehicle there was no indication that the transmission had issues.
In closing, I am fully satisfied with the service received from the Dealer as well as Genesis Headquarters. Hopefully the transmission problem, was just an unusual situation.
