My car was taken in for a oil change and I was told my rear main was leaking at 20xxx miles, and the car would need to come back to get serviced. The repair did take a couple weeks longer than expected, but was due to parts coming in faulty. The staff was very accommodating with a loaner vehicle and up to date information on my vehicle. They delivered my car to my house after completion as well.

Problem after problem
Dropped my car of for a rear main leak. Noted a 58xxx dollar car shouldn't have issue after only 22xxx miles. Was told 3 days that turned into a week followed by two more. Everytime I called they just said the part was broke or they found another broke part.
