Awful service department
I scheduled a service over two weeks ago and they were supposed to deliver a loaner and pickup my car. I took the morning off and literally they sent an email 15 mins prior to when they were supposed to arrive and needed information....I'm an hour away. Very unprofessional and wouldn't recommend them at all. A waste of time and mickey mouse operation...I am writing to Genisis

The worst
Don’t delete it. I’m so FRUSTRATED about this experience with Fairfield Genesis CT. I got the new gv70 and they made me pay for setting up my second key. Which I never expected. So I claimed to my dealer, Dante. And he claimed check 12/14 2022. And haven’t got any check yet. It’s end of January. So I asked him again and he started ignoring my text and hanging up on my phone calls. And never got any call back. Also their team was so RUDE when I called to the shop. Scott PROMISED me that he’s gonna call me with Dante on Monday. Which is January 23rd. But never got any calls. It’s only $124 check. I am very upset that I have to deal with this for only 124 dollars. Which is nothing for them. It is the WORST experience with dealerships ever. Also they’re keep deleting any bad reviews. So be careful everyone.

Excellent sales transaction
The sales process was seamless and easy. I checked out a couple of Genesis closer to me and was not happy with the sales process. I was looking for a specific vehicle and when I found it at Genesis of Fairfield, I contacted them and spoke with Charles Goldstein. We started negotiations and came to an agreement on cost. The majority was done via email and over the phone including initial paperwork which was convenient especially with fears of Covid. When I went to pick up the vehicle, I meet Charles and he was as polite and professional as he was over the phone. The whole transaction from start to finish was easy with no surprises. This is an upscale dealership and they treat their customers with respect and professionalism. Will definitely come back for my next vehicle.

Terrific car buying experience. I would buy from Fairfield of Genesis again!
I had a great experience at Genesis of Fairfield. The staff was courteous, transparent and respectful. There were no surprises when I finalized my purchase at the dealership. And there were no high pressure tactics to buy additional products or options.

Dealer has no experience with the G90 model and is unable to provide any assistance or learning about the operation of everything in this great car. Had to research everything myself and am still trying to learn everything about this great car

New and convenient
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They got me the GV80 model that I wanted quickly, even though it’s a new model. I especially like the Complimentary Service Valet feature. Very convenient, and they leave you a courtesy vehicle to use while your GV80 is being serviced.
