GREAT GENESIS DEALERSHIP
I purchased my GV 70 back in September, when I met Charles Goldstein for my first test drive and informative introduction to the brand. For the final decisions and purchase, I had the pleasure to work with Dante Vitolo. He made sure all my questions were answered and guide me through the buying process, even after the purchase he is always answering my call or text if I have a question or need help.
After having a mistake was made om the invoice, I also connected with Dennis Carillo, Sales Manager and he helped me navigate the corporate red tape and process to have the issue resolved.
I belong to an online blog and Genesis Facebook Group and I feel very lucky to have found a great Genesis dealership, that is customer oriented and selling cars at a fair price, when many dealers are adding huge markup because inventory are limited and demand is high.

Loaner car while awaiting repair
My car had a problem and it took 6 wks for the part to arrive. I was given a loaner. As long as I had a car to drive, I didn’t care how long it took to fix the car.

Better than a Mercedes and almost 1/2 the price
The process of test driving the car a year ago until having y first service has been flawless. The only downside is that COVID-19 restrictions have kept me from travelling. This G90 is a great car. After driving Mercedes S class cars for the last 20 years, my experience with the Genesis G90 will keep me coming back to this brand. Great value for the quality and comfort.

Helpful courteous people
I have enjoyed the Genesis G70 3.3T very much. I chose this car over several competitors for many reasons - it's an awesome ride! The service was promised to be superior and I was told the customer would be treated with care, consideration and courtesy. As it should be regardless of the branding. In this case it's true. They are happy I purchased their product and they would hope I will buy another. I have referred friends to Balise Genesis and will be happy to return to the dealership when it's time for another car.
