Service Visit
The lines between the Hyundai and Genesis service departments are annoyingly blurred. Had problems with my nav system and a service call was scheduled thru Connected Services but ended up on the Hyundai side. I was unable to receive Service Valet services (loaner) until i managed to find the contact for the sole Genesis rep in the Hyundai service center. Once I connected with Rebecca, everything was straightened out, I received my loaner and the service call on my nav system went just fine

Fabian helped me tremendously locate a very specific model that was proving elusive. We were able to handle all the paperwork remotely and coordinate shipping of the vehicle to Georgia. I highly recommend the team at Genesis of Everett.

I always receive amazing service when I visit this establishment, and this time was no different. All of the people there are so polite and professional. Samantha went over the top to keep me informed and show she valued me and my time. She even personally escorted me to my vehicle.

Lee Johnson service is excellent, without exception. Genesis USA online and phone service is way below average. The manner in which they have handled Nav updates is deplorable. Gives a bad taste to a well made quality vehicle

Vehicle is in good hands!
I can keep on saying all good things list about Genesis of everett, very pleasant experience. Cliff hutton and Travis from service department are extremely helpful and knowledgeable in servicing the car! I just moved all my vehicles to be serviced with them after having my G90 serviced. Definitely going to be their long term customer
