Work done & pick up of vehicle was good overall. However, the drop off: I dropped off my car, then waited 15 minutes without being acknowledged, then found an employee who told me the service advisors were in a meeting which no one told me about. I finally left and went home. My advisor called me, said the car would be ready in a couple hours without even acknowledging the meeting. Weird. In the waiting area there two ceiling panels missing with water dripping onto the floor. Overall not exactly a "class act".
