After our experience with this dealership 7 months ago, how they constantly lied to us, changing the amount of our trade in, ordering the wrong type of interior, trying not to give our money back, I had to report their GM and sales rep to corporate office. I got my money back. Since then, I have purchased a 2021 Mercedes Benz 300 4 mattic and now after only having my Mercedes for only 7 months, I now have a 2022 Lexus RX 350 F Sport with the executive package. I am so glad that there are still dealerships that are honest, and not out to take advantage of customers, like Genesis of El Paso! Freedom of speech. Warning people that live in El Paso and other states, Not to go to this dealership! I can't understand how they even have a 4 star review, maybe having their sales people write reviews pretending to be customers, you know what I mean. Just beware of this dealership, please.
