Open the Genesis Customer Lounge
All customers are made to sit in a small Hyundai customer lounge now. All the talk about Genesis owners having upgrade treatment…haven’t seen it since buying a new GV80. Looking at getting a second car now but we need to see action not words!! The employees at the service desk told us they don’t do valet service and that was a big reason we bought Genesis over BMW. Now the Genesis Service needs to be educated.

Service on my GV 70
This car is my favorite of all the Genesis cars I have owned. Cindy Darby, the service advisor, is very knowledgeable and professional. She always greets me by name and stays on top of any maintenance issues. This is a great place to have your car serviced.

Love my Genesis
This car is the most enjoyable car I’ve ever owned. I think the dealership has done the best it could dealing with Covid. Service is still efficient and outstanding.

Great service experience!
My Genesis is a great car due very much to the excellent service provided by the dealership. In particular they make scheduling easy, handle issues in a professional manner, and my service advisor (Cindy Darby) is well trained to know my car and all aspects of what it needs. She helps make sure every aspect of my service is well done.

Service experience!
I had my car serviced recently, this is the only place I take it for service primarily due to the great staff there. Cindy Darby, the service advisor, is very thorough and helpful. All of the staff is very professional and friendly. In the work I’ve had done there is top notch.
