Took my car in for a sunroof motor on Thursday, April 13th..and its now April 28th and I still dont have my car. I checked in over the week , but they didnt even start work on car until Friday 4/21 due to part not available..fine Sunroof was fixed (I could see from Genesis app) but no follow up from service dept called. I called the service dept on Wed and said I was picking up my car ,and would wait no longer..Service mgr calls to tell me someone hit my car while parked on the lot and it wouldnt be fixed till Friday. I wonder if anyone was planning to tell me if I had not called. Friday 4/28, i reached out but no word on my car..noome returmed my calls.
The communication at this place sucks! Ive only had the car for a month..Im thinking it was a mistake to buy a Genesis if this is my future for services.
There are no excuses for this. Hopefully this will get the needed attention..
