Had confirmed valet/loaner 2 weeks in advance. Received 2 reminders confirming then on day of service - no show! Had to call to be advised no loaner as sales had taken it. Advised I would be called shortly. 4 30 pm I called dealer “no idea when car available”. After 2 days no call I called and sched service where I would wait. Day of service went well and was quick but waiting room was cold dark and no tv (no controls). Colonial has a ways to go to represent themselves as a luxury (Genesis) dealer
