Somebody that attempted to change my tire damaged my rim. It is dented and has at least six scratches through the paint. This is not acceptable at a service facility for any car not to mention a luxury brand like Genesis. It would have been one thing if they had told me that there was damage and somebody honestly admitted it. Whoever did that to my rim knew they did it. To me that shows dishonesty and makes me not trust the facility as a whole.
