Hyundai/Genesis of Cummins
I would like to commend the sales representative, Jamie Pak, for influencing my decision to purchase a car at this dealership. However, my positive experience took a negative turn after buying a Genesis G70 sport prestige on 04/22/24. The car had only 5380 miles as it was previously a loaner vehicle, and I was told it underwent a thorough inspection and was pre-certified. Despite this, I encountered a vibration in the driver's seat upon driving away, which they assured me would be an easy fix during preparation. They stated that I could take the car to another dealership that would be more convenient for me at a later date. Regrettably, the issue persisted even after attempted repairs were made at a later date. It was then discovered that the seat vibration was a common problem in G70 models, in addition to rattling noises from the sunroof and front axle noise. Parts needed for these issues were on backorder without a definite arrival date. Despite voicing my concerns and frustrations to Jamie Pak, the manager, Keith, failed to address the situation effectively, instead placing blame on another dealership and displaying a lack of empathy and responsibility. This inadequate response sharply contrasts with Jamie's initial commitment to resolve my issues equitably. It appears that Hyundai/Gensis of Cumming dealership might have been aware of the car's problems but neglected to address them prior to the sale, continuing to inconvenience me even after purchase. As of today, 06/12/24, the car remains in the repair shop due to unresolved issues. My primary worry stems from having already made payments on a car that now requires repairs after minimal use for my daily commute over the past 10 days. The dealership's focus on making sales rather than delivering quality products and services is evident, leading me to advise against purchasing any vehicle from this establishment.

It was a great experience, the salesmen were great all the way up to the closing and finance men.
This was a wonderful experience and never felt pressured into anything. All the questions were answered and we were trainined on all aspects of the vehicle. The vehicle was perfect.

Excellent New Car Purchase Experience
Thanks to the patience and persistence of my salesman, Aaron Jackson, I am now enjoying exactly what I wanted and would absolutely return to Genesis of Cumming when it’s time for an upgrade. Aaron is a very good sport and was very cooperative. He really earned my business as well as an excellent rating.

Excellent Sales Experience
Genesis of Cumming is not the largest Genesis dealer in the Atlanta area but they may have one of the best Genesis salespersons. My wife and I have bought 6 Genesis cars since 2010 from 3 other dealers but received the best “luxury car” sales experience from Elijah Salemi at Genesis of Cumming.

Elijah has a cordial, respectful, direct, low pressure approach and knows the product very well. Like the other dealers, he did need to consult his manager on final pricing but, unlike the other dealers, he did not make multiple trips to a mysterious hidden manager. Instead, he brought his manager to us, made introductions, and we discussed the various pricing factors and options.

The discussion was professional, polite and effective with none of the usual BS that many dealers are known for. We got verifiable information that showed the terms we finally agreed to represented a fair price - all that we were looking for.

Our overall experience was very enjoyable. We highly recommend Product Specialist Elijah Salemi and Sales Manager Arturo Rivera at Genesis of Cumming.

Awesome Car Buying Experience
We had been shopping for a new vehicle for some time when we decided on the GV70 and fell in love with the SUV. Before pulling the trigger, we had a difficult time finding an available one to actually test drive. Luckily, we happened upon Genesis of Cumming and Aaron Jackson. Aaron was the exact opposite of what we normally experience at a dealer. He was very laid back, welcoming, professional, and very informative about the vehicle and made us feel very at ease throughout. Although they had no GV70's available, we were hooked on Aaron. So we continued the search and shopping until we were able to come to an agreement on price and Aaron came through for us. We got everything we hoped for and there was no attempt to force us to purchase anything we didn't want or need. I will be recomending Aaron to everyone and anyone who is looking for a Genesis and hope our furture experience with their Service Team is as pleasent as the sales experience has been so far.
