Happy beyond words!
Jamie was such a great help when it came to picking out the best car for me! She was very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I wish I could give her more than just 5 stars, honestly.I am loving my new car and am so happy with the price! I will for sure recommend her aswell as Genesis of Cumming to my friends and family!

Luxury car with cheap service
It is impossible to speak to someone on the phone from any of the dept.
I tried to speak to someone to ask a question about the service appointment but after several calls, leaving voice mails with no response back I just gave up.
I ended up making a service appt online that was available in more then 2wks. Buying a luxury car and paying the high price includes Luxury service overall.
Not with the Genesis. It's only the name that says Luxury car.. so disappointed and I missed the luxury service I was getting from Mercedes … never had any issue for the past 12yrs. This is how the luxury car name brand kept their reputation over the years. Genesis seem to earn the reputation from the price and marketing but the service level is no better then Hyundai.

Great first visit as a Genesis Owner
My appointment time was scheduled later in the day. They did a great job on the service and getting what I needed completed with an oil change and tire rotation. Even washed my vehicle which is a nice complimentary gesture. We will definitely continue to use them.

Greeted right away in a professional manner. I was kept up to date on how my car was progressing all the way through the process. Everything that was done was explained to me at checkout and even got an amazing car detailing.

Overall, an outstanding experience!

Inclusive warranty
Apparently there is some type of system glitch and it shows that in 2 years I had received 20 + services, but actually received only 4. No valet service available or online in app scheduling. I feel that I have been completely misled. I like the car and had considered buying it at the end of the lease. Now I can’t wait to get rid of it, and doubt I can be talked into buying another one.

The best automobile I have owned
The Genesis Sport is the nicest automobile I have owned. Its features are at least comparable to a Mercedes or BMW, but the Genesis is better built and much cheaper to maintain. A Mercedes salesman is the one who suggested Genesis.
