Very disappointed

I was shocked because I bring my car there often but this time it was not a great experience. The service attended was very rude and telling me what I did to my vehicle when I kept telling him I didn't. Overcharged me for the service. I called around to other dealerships and autoshops and each every one of them said that was way too much, even for a dealership. Usually they are pretty good but this time it was the complete opposite

Hi Mrs. George, I looked into your last service visit and spoke with the advisor and service tech. They said that the lower shields had damage to them caused by something that hit them. The service advisor told me that he showed you the damaged parts. Genesis will not allow us to warranty something that is damaged. I can understand your concern about the price. I also looked into that. Most of the cost was in the parts, which is set by the manufacture. If you would like to discuss this I would be happy to talk with you.
