Good morning I am sending this to you for some help please. MY husband took my Genesis in yesterday for it's first service since I bought it. When he arrived to pick it up once it was finished he was escorted to the back lot of the dealership with a gal to get my car. She was using the clicker to locate my car as she didn't know where it was. Was my car was located it was in so tightly next to other cars that she had direct my husband as he navigated to get my car out of the tight spot. In doing so he hit the car next to him and scratched both cars. The gal said they would buff the other car put but nothing about mine. My husband left sick to his stomach with what happened and the experience he had and the fact that he had scratched both cars. He was then was called back to the dealership so he turned around. Once he returned home and explained what happened I called Mayra Trujillo to express my concerns and the need for them to fix my car. Never have I ever gone to have my car serviced at a dealership and it wasn't pulled up for me once I saw the cashier. I don't know why my husband had to retrieve the the car his self especially at a luxury car dealership. When I was talking with Mayra she advised me that they called the police and made a report and never told my husband they were doing so. She also told me that the car was out front waiting when it was not. She said she would have to look at the camera's to see what happened as if I would lie about such a thing. She was extremely rude and argumentative with me and a very difficult person to deal with. She is definitely lacking customer service. I went to Yelp to read reviews and sure enough there were 4 or 5 about the same experience with Mayra. I would like my car fixed by Genesis as my husband should have never had to go to the back lot to get my car. That is not service and definitely not valet service or concierge service as this is considered a luxury brand. I would appreciate anything you can do to help me get my car fixed and maybe someone can fix the Mayra problem as she is only making the Corona dealership look incredibly bad. I appreciate your time and help.
