Genesis of Columbus has a great worker name Cole Dyer. He made sure I had the knowledge of the gv80 before purchasing. The length of time it took to negotiate the price to a little time. But, we had a somewhat happy medium. They delivered my suv with dirty finger prints on the inside roof. I called Cole and he had me an appointment the very next day to have it cleaned. Cole is very attentive. That's a great trait to have in a salesman. He listens!!!!!

When you visit Genesis of Columbus. Look for him. He will not disappoint.

Worst Genesis dealer ever
This dealership is the worst I've ever seen.
Potholes in the parking lot and even in the Genesis designated guest parking spot. Dirty outside, dirty inside, the signs and windows still read Hyundai used cars, they tacked Genesis banners to the exterior roof.
Customer service is awful, they lie, tell they have loaner vehicles until you get there then tell you they don't, and it's up to you to call a car rental service and pay for it yourself.
The plants inside are dying, the chairs inside are damaged, this place shouldn't even be operating under the Genesis brand.
Service takes twice as long as estimated, there really is nothing good to say about this place!
I chose to purchase my car from this dealership rather than one of their other locations because it was close to my home. I am very pleased with that decision. The salesman, Matt Staten was awesome to work with and went out of his way to see that I received a great deal on a great car. The service advisor was very helpful and made sure I was well informed about the maintenance work being done on my car. I would highly recommend this dealership to others.
