Genesis of Columbia is outstanding! Mr. CJ Tiamfook there is the best. He made me eager to come to that location because of his knowledge of the car, his courtesy, and his patience and professionalism. Even when I was most frustrated with waiting on the GV70 2.5TAWD he maintained a smile and spoke patiently. CJ was very thorough and transparent about what was going on with the delay unlike other dealerships which tried to get me to provide a down payment to ensure I would get the next available car, not the car I wanted but next available!?. But CJ noted my specifics and refused to take a down pay even when I offered and informed me that a shipment was due which had my specifics, not necessarily the interior color I wanted, and he would contact me and as noted four months later he contacted me and I came out to see the car and it was well worth the wait!!! Genesis standard saftey features can not be found in most other luxury vehicles (I.e, Mercedes, Audi, BMW) and I shop around for over a year after seeing the GV80 in 2020! This is a remarkable car!
