Far Exceeded Expectations on New Car Purchase
We have been seeking a 2022 Genesis GV70 for about a month and had been working with our local Doylestown, Pa dealer. From the beginning, our local dealer started playing games with mark ups, "mandatory" extras like glass etching and a protection package that was excessively priced. In addition to all of that non sense, they had no available demonstrators and they refused to provide ANY paperwork outlining the deal they verbally gave us.
Based on all of that, we decided to look elsewhere and we are SO glad we did.
The reviews of Genesis of Cherry Hill are so accurate as we were immediately welcomed by Art (Sales Manager) and Megan (Sales Experience Mgr.) and within minutes we were test driving the GV70. Megan was so knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the GV70 and she answered every question we had with a zero pressure approach. It was so refreshing to learn that Genesis of Cherry Hill wants repeat customers and their policy is to add no mark ups and no pressure with full transparency. Megan showed us a list of incoming GV70s and we purchased one that matched our preferences.
We can't wait for our new GV70 to arrive and to experience the service that we've heard so much about. Our local Doylestown dealer could learn so much by following the example of Genesis of Cherry Hill.
