Purchased new vehicle
Great experience! I always dread buying a vehicle, however, our salesman Alex was fantastic! There was no pressure at any time. They were straight forward with what they were able to do. They were great with getting the vehicle that I wanted. The sales manager Jeremy worked extremely hard to get us what we wanted. The communication was excellent and it was an extremely pleasurable experience. Love the GV80 and would highly recommend this dealership.

Easiest purchase yet
From our salesman Nick to the finance department this was the easiest vehicle purchase to date. Long Genesis was very upfront about their sales policies and the pricing. Even in this tight market we were able to negotiate a fair deal. Very pleased with the purchase.

best salesperson I’ve ever met
I was really only in contact with the salesman Jason Odom. I have never met anyone like him. If your looking for a vehicle at Long, you have to ask for Jason and you will find out quickly what I’m talking about. In the end when I made my purchase Kelly Mayhew and Randy Francisco were very helpful too.

I spoke with my sales rep and he was able to provide better detail on use of tablet during car pickup. Setup a follow up review of the car. I was also advised a separate Genesis area will be constructed at some point in the future

Good dealership
Dealer is Hyundai sales and not Genesis. Did not get the genesis concierge feeling of buying a brand new GV70.

Eric Mckenzie was the sales person that helped us in the purchase process and he has done an exceptional job. He has also followed up with us on several occasions to ensure the vehicle is exactly what we wanted and were happy with it.

Genesis of Chattanooga - Totally professional
I came in from Atlanta to purchase a Genesis GV80 because the dealer had the color and specifications I was seeking. My experience with Brian Wagoner beginning with an inquiry phone call through the purchase of the vehicle was top notch. He had all the paperwork ready with a checklist when I arrived so the process was quick and seamless. Everyone I met and dealt with were friendly and professional.

Genesis GV80 Experience
I bought a Genesis GV 80 on Tuesday May 4, it had 100 miles on it and I have not had it for 10 days and it has been back at the dealership 3 times for the same issue. The check engine light came on and they said it was the gas cap. It now has 600 miles and is back at the dealership. They sold me on the Genesis experience and so far on day 10 I am regretting this purchase. I should be overwhelmed with happiness with buying a new car but it’s been in their shop more than my garage. Then they give me a Santa Fe to drive. The GV80 was 65K and you give me this loaner that doesn’t even compare. I’m definitely not happy with my purchase so far and definitely not enjoying this Genesis experience.
