Not happy to be charged upfront for headlamp and labor to just order headlamp without further information
Routine maintenance was done well. Not good customer service for a luxury brand to charge upfront for parts and labor that have not been done. When I called 3 weeks later, there is no information as to when the headlamp will be in or when it can be replaced.
