The only reason I would return here is due to a lack of options for recall repair
I scheduled a recall repair weeks in advance and after dropping off the vehicle, waiting for the repair to be completed, I was told the repair was not only not completed but it hadn’t even been attempted as the did not have the parts to do so. I was informed it would be several weeks before the parts were even available to complete the repair. Why schedule an appointment for a customer that you are not even able to complete. I now have to take additional time off work, away from the hospital caring for patients in critical health, sit in a lobby with very old furniture that was torn, peeling, held together with tape and looked like it was way past due to be thrown away for a second time.
