Great experience at Brookshire Hyundai
Had my car in for oil and filter change. Tires rotated and suggested preventative maintenance options. Courteous and professional. Contacted me a couple of days later to confirm service was satisfactory. Will return to this dealer for future service.

Very Professional - they aim to please
My worries about their distance from my home have proven to be unfounded. After several service cycles using the valet option I am sold on their service concept. Both routine maintenance and recalls have been handled well with little personal inconvenience.

May I say wife & I we’re very pleased with the no pressure atmosphere at Brookshire Hyundia , Jayra n Shad went above n beyond what we’ve ever experienced in buying a car . Called to just look when arriving we saw the car was gassed up . Had a excellent walk around of the G70 for my wife . We were in and out in no time ! Not good service
My car was due for it's regular maintenance, paid for by Genesis.
I asked if they has a loaner, al provided by Genesis and was told that the loaner wasn't available when I had time , so I drove there and waited for the car.
It took about an hour to complete the service and on the way home my change oil indicater was on.
I called and was told how to turn it off, NOT luxury car service. The service department is not that busy that they can get an oil change right, and the service manager or writer should do quality control.
We love the car but will never buy another one, just because of the dealers.
