I knew I liked the car but because they were a Hyundai dealer as well I was not sure how professional and thorough they might be but the sales person never had to ask someone else how a feature worked and really knew his product. I have had numerous Audis as well as Lexus and BMW. Genesis of Bloomington Normal was as good if not better than those dealers in the way that that I was dealt with. I do recommend them and the GV80 is great! It is so well thought out and some of the exterior colors are really beautiful. The taupe color dash is also a nice change from black which is what nearly every brand provides no matter the exterior color. It is apparent that Genesis meant to be not just as good as anyone else with their product but meant to raise the bar and be better.
