Mark Stechel and Charlie were fantastic to work with. Mark was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle and made the purchasing process very enjoyable and easy. He kept me in the loop on the status of my vehicle and called me once the GV70 was in the dealership. I was able to pick the car up that same day! I have been leasing vehicles for the last twenty years or so and had dealt with many dealerships. Andrew Lee at the Bayside Genesis went above and beyond my expectation delivering the vehicle. He took his personal time to take care of a couple of issues with my insurance company. The dealership now uses a tablet to docu sign all the paper work. I brought a genesis car picked it up last week.
the car was not prep very well. The winder with the sticker the glue was on the window. there was no window shield wiper fluid in the car. the back window need to be clean when i got home. they left plastics in the car on the dash broad. My daughter figure out the car better than the salesman
Seon was great. Friendly and helpful. Overall dealership was Hyundai and not up to luxury genesis expectation. Service location is like a run of the mill local mechanic with a lack luster waiting room
