Drew, Henry and everyone I interacted with at Genesis of Ballwin were amazing. They helped me secure a GV70 and I drove it home that day. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.

Mostly satisfied
Mostly pleasant. Salesperson Jake was knowledgeable and easy to work with. GV70 sold itself. Finance person was pleasant but offered services, warranties, etc without dollar prices or any written information. Also quoted a high interest rate even though salesperson knew financing through Genesis (2.5%) was my preference unless their preferred lenders could beat that rate (they did). Too much time trying to squeeze a higher payment for the car.

Great Experience
The Day I decided to lease a Genesis GV70 was the same day I drove it off the lot. Easy to negotiate the cost, they took care of all the paperwork, set up my ACH payments for me, very low stress experience. The car is amazing the service is outstanding and the sales person was great!

Recent Genesis GV80 Purchase
I recently had an excellent experience in the buying process at Genesis of Ballwin. While their overall facility doesn’t yet compare to the likes of Lexus, BMW, Mercedes, or other established luxury car dealers, the treatment we received was exceptional. Steve Harper was our salesman and I would absolutely steer friends and colleagues to him. He was pleasant, very informative, easy to talk to, and we never felt like we were being pressured in any direction. We purchased the top of the line Genesis GV80 and it is truly an amazing automobile. There’s a lot of amazing tech in this car that will take a bit of time to assimilate, but Steve welcomes us to stop in any time to walk us through any features we don’t understand. We’ve owned most of the luxury brands and even traded in our Porsche 911 on this up-and-coming Genesis brand… the GV80 comes with everything we’ve come to expect from a top-flight luxury car. The level of thoughtful design, quality of materials, and fit and finish are all first class. Great experience all around.
