Straight to the business.
I really appreciated how professional and honest the sales team are there. Faiz has an absolutely the best salesman I have had to pleasure of dealing with. He kept his word and never hide anything from me. As a buyer that’s goes along way. The sales manager Brice was awesome as well. He made the process easy and seamless. Very straight forward and easy to deal with. Thanks guys for all the help!!!

Service scheduling could improve but the service advisors and work is exceptional
The service advisors are exceptional. They were flexible and responsive to my needs. Scheduling could improve. They seem indifferent to any special circumstances you may have. In those instances I would recommend talking directly to a service advisor. The mechanics are also very good . Overall I am pleased with all aspects of my service with the exception of scheduling.

Poor service at a very high price
Make sure you get a written quote that includes everything. I was over charged more than $100 for a battery. Installtion and rags were more than $75.

Advanced Auto installs for free and doesn't charge for "shop supplies" (rags).

Taking the time to get it right
Was greeted in a timely fashion, and reviewed service required. Received a discount on the service for items normally included but not required at the time. Was notified of a water pump replacement required that would be covered under warranty and it was taken care of immediately. no return trip needed. Car was ready as promised after diagnosing the water pump issue.
