Excellent survice
Professional & knowledgeable service with great communication while my car was being serviced. The downside was waiting months for an appointment. I had an issue with starting my car I "needed" to go to a local service and was told I needed a new very expensive gel battery, which was not the case at all.

Prompt and polite service
Dealers service consultant was very nice and the service was somewhat quick. It might have been good to make the waiting area a bit larger and to provide more seating with beverage availability. I give the service consultant the maximum stars for good service.

Service experience
The service was done as expected and the service manger did move up my original on-line appointment.

My rating of three stars is the availability of the valet service which is a big part of purchasing the Genesis. Having to take Ubers when I should be getting my car picked up or at the very least transportation to and from my office.

I just as told my car would be ready in 3 days . I was told there were no loaners or rentals available. I had to rent from enterprise for 100$ a day and it took nearly 3 weeks to get my car back . I was never updated on the status and could not get a call back . Had to call at least 7x before I spoke to someone very rude and still the car was not ready when I was told it would be .

Service dept is very professional and well organized. Waiting room was clean and spotless
Made a appointment and when I arrived I was greeted almost immediately. Car was the taken into Bay Area and worked on Overall I give them a 10
From what I read about other dealerships Mirak is a shinning star

The phone and in person experience the sales and financial the honest and open approach in usually lucrative business that does not care about customers; it is refreshing to know that places like Arlington Genesis exists.

I will NEVER visit this Genesis dealership again!
I was charged to have the air filter compartment and engine cleaned of all debris. so I was surprised when I opened the hood and popped off the engine cover and discovered acorns and acorns remnants not only in the air filter compartment but in plain sight on the engine block!!! Inside the air filter block was so filthy that I have to take it apart and soak it with degreaser then wash it with hot water. This is the 3rd time that I have been disappointed with service from Mirak Genesis and this will definitely be the LAST time.

G80 One Year On -- Glowing Appreciation for my G80 and Genesis of Arlington
In 2019 the favorable reviews by a national consumer magazine led me to consider the G80. I drove demo comparisons with Lexus and others luxury brands. After purchase, and a year of driving my new G80 Ultimate AWD V8, I am much more than satisfied. The car is a dream to drive, and it has been beyond comfort for my passengers. Genesis of Arlington, AKA Mirak, has been great for service and inquiries. The included valet service and free rental car during scheduled maintenance are a very positive plus, because I do not live near Arlington, and do not drive that way often.
