Bought a 2023 Genesis GV70 in July. 4 months later I cannot get an appointment for service. The phone numbers on the website have been out for over a week and they don't care. I tried to schedule online and the first available was 45 days later!! So 4 times now I've used the chat online on their website. Each time I'm assured service will contact me shortly. Nope. I highly recommend a Genesis SUV. But DO NOT buy it from these idiots. For a car that costs $50k I'm treated like a bought a junker off a used car lot.
