On two separate scheduled maintenance for new vehicle the valet service was messed up. No vehicle was left as per the genesis program we had to make arraignments for a second vehicle. After they forgot to schedule pickup on day of service we had to make arrangements again the following day. They caused us to have to change work schedule to be available for pickup then they were 20min late so I took car in for service/

My bluelink service would not connect
One of the major reasons why I decided to buy a Genesis is because of their safety record. I was disappointed when I tried to connect my Bluelink service (a safety feature) and it would not connect. Genesis along with Bluelink worked on my case until they got it to work. There is only one vehicle for me and my family that I trust and that is Genesis. Genesis treated me and my family as a valued member of their family.

Happy warranty work done. Meh on workmanship.
Friendly staff and clean operation. Had recall work done as well as had wheels replaced as the clear coat was beginning to blister and peel. Also had bronze window trim replaced under warranty as it had become corroded and discolored. Replaced trim looks great. However the rubber molding on passenger side was not installed with precision. The front door molding butts up to the rear door molding and there's a noticeable height difference. In addition, some of the hard black molding was chipped in two stop where the installer appears to have done some damage taking off the old trim. Pointed this out to service manager. Even sent photos. 4 stars for the overall experience. 2 stars due to lack of follow up.
