Keith is awesome. Explained everything that needed to be done, and got it done quickly.
I’ve been knowing Gene for many years. Since he retired he couldn’t have gotten a better person to take over the shop as the new owner. Keith is very knowledgeable with every aspect of the business. His shop is super clean! Which says alot about him! Very pleased with the work he did on my wife’s car. And will definitely use him for future car repairs.

Oil change & tire rotation
Service was great. First time here with my Jeep Wrangler, but I’ve been bringing my wife’s Tahoe here for service and I am very satisfied. These days it’s hard to find a good mechanic that you can trust. I can trust Keith to give me good advice and service.

Excellent experience!
Excellent diagnostics. Quick service and fair pricing. Limped into his shop with what turned out to be a cracked radiator. He diagnosed it and had it replaced within hours. Very clean shop, very organized and professional.

Steering when was vibrating when going over 60 mph
I was treated with courtesy & when explained problem, Keith knew right away what the problem was for my car. He corrected the problem in a reasonable amount of time & the cost was very reasonable.

Oil leak
I was taken care of well above regular business standards. They went above and beyond letting me know exactly the issue the cost of it and how long it would take to finish. They finished early and even offered to pick me up to bring me in to get my vehicle. Extremely friendly and super professional

Great Work!
The work at Gene's auto is excellent. Keith and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous, and efficient. They're work is completed on time and they will stay a little late to help out a costumer. Keith's prices are reasonable, and he does not price gouge. He calls to find out how a problem worked out , even if you only got advice, and he did no actual work. I would have no problem recommending Gene's Auto Service to any and all of my friends and associates.
