Taken advantage of...
I'm very disappointed in the way I was lied to, to get my money and was over charged. The man I talk with ( name John) told me a price after they did a diagnostic and when I picked it up. It was $450 more than what he quoted me. I feel they can't be trusted, especially him. I wouldn't recommend them to any because that's bad business. He also threaten to keep my vehicle after I told him that's not what he said. He told me a price and didn't honor it. I feel robbed and definitely disrespected.

We never overcharge and you can see that by our reviews. Customer is upset because I quoted him a price and didn't tell him that is was plus tax. You would think that is common sense. So not sure how to respond or fix the issue. We live in a county where everything is taxed. That is not our fault. As I told him does not matter what store or place you go to it's common sense you will be paying tax when you pay for it.
