I cant possibly say enough good things about these guys. Traveling NY to Florida and our water pump failed. these days EVERYONE is overbooked and understaffed. Yet the shop manager, Jesse, said he'd bring me right in to have a look and see what he could do. We hung around the shop and nearby restaurant for the afternoon while they worked on it, and unfortunately they ran into other issues with the truck. We were headed down to pick up a camper and tow it home to NY so the truck had to be perfect. Jesse stayed for 3 hours after closing and tried to finish up. We got a room at local hotel. The next day he and mechanic Steve worked on it most of the day and by 5pm had us back on the road. I don't know many people that would take something like this on with a already impossible schedule, and still put in all that extra overtime and TLC into something for someone they don't even know, and will probably never see again!! Some of the problems and lots of extra time with the truck weren't their or my fault and this bill should have been 3 times higher that it was, yet they were MORE THAN FAIR. There comes a point sometimes when you just can't charge someone enough for services rendered to cover your time and aggravation, and Jesse was definitely there. I truly appreciate what these guys did for us, and even though our timing and schedule for this trip went to shit, we feel we made some new friends and really wish these guys were closer to home.
