Made the process easy
Never had to deal with a collusion shop before, initially took my car to a different shop and it raised all kinds of red flags when they started ticking off all these other things they would need to fix, but not to worry, insurance would cover it (for a scratch in the door). Garber was upfront and honest, no red flags when talking to them, good work, decent communication, but they did go beyond the initial time estimate they gave, but again they needed to order some parts/supplies and wait on my insurance. They take pride in their work and are very mindful to do the best job they can. Would definitely use them again, but hopefully I won't ever have to.

We appreciate you sharing your experience with us, even if it didn't hit the mark.  That said, there are a few things I would like to identify and respond to.  Your insurance company wrote to replace USED and AFTERMARKET parts to be replaced on your vehicle.  We purchased all new original factory parts and took a finacial loss as those parts are more expensive but, it makes for a better repair of your vehicle.  A minor supplement estimate for items that your insurance company missed was requested which added a few additional days of handling on behalf of your insurance company. The total business repair days with supplemental handling was right on target. Finally, we provided you a free loaner car while your repairs were completed which we have no obligation to do.  We absolutly did the right thing for you and your vehicle.  We apreciate your business very much and hope after reading this you will reconsider writing a new survey.

Adjuster worked with my insurance company when additional work needed to be done following my accident; was also informed of this delay promptly.

Good Experience overall
Garber was easy to work with (estimate, claim paperwork, etc.) because of their relationship with my insurance company. I appreciated that I didn't need an appointment to get the estimate. Even though the repairs took longer than expected, my car is now running fine and the damage from my collision with a deer is completely repaired.

Very pleased
Garber did an excellent job repairing our Subaru! They had pre-ordered the necessary parts so our car was done in one week instead of 2. We were greeted with a friendly gal who had all the paperwork prepared at drop off and pick up! Our car was spotless inside and out at pickup.
