My Escape was running rough and I brought it in to be checked after having another mechanic look at and "fix" it several times. Tony was thorough and honest. He was able to diagnose the issue and was efficient. He was honest and upfront and did such a great job. Bella was super sweet and helpful whenever I had a question or needed an update. I will never bring my car to another mechanic again!

They said what they were going to do and did what they said they would do. Tony and Bella were sincere in making sure I got the best service, had working knowledge about my truck, and made sure I knew everything they found and didn’t get any extras.
Finding a mechanic you can trust in Las Vegas is really challenging. They seem quick to tell you what your car needs, even if it wasn't having problems, and how much it will cost. Galaxy garage is far and away different from that typical model. From the wonderful woman who handles customer interactions, the mechanic who carefully wiped off the fingerprints from where he had to touch my car, to the owner who upgraded the oil he put in my car because he knows how much I love my car and that's what he uses, so he knew I would appreciate it. For the first time ever, an autoshop didn't even ask me if I would please put in a review. They don't have to ask you! After you come here, you'll want to leave them a review. Oh, and Vegas family owned! Super glad I brought my car here instead of the dealership! Give them a try, I promise you won't be disappointed!
These guys are amazing! Address issues quickly and always have friendly customer service! The pricing is excellent and they make you feel like family. I recommend all my friends and family to come here.
These gentlemen have done nothing but treat a girl right that knows nothing about cars! I was taken advantage of at other shops, I brought my car here and they initially fixed what the other shop messed up!
I had ANOTHER major issue down the road months later with my transmission, unfortunately it couldn’t be saved the way I wanted it to. They were completely transparent with me, which they could’ve taken advantage of the situation and blown smoke up my BEEEEP! He then sent me to an Amazing place, Findlay VW, to which, they made the process SO SMOOTH AND EASY for a fulltime student on a budget. I am so pleased with my new Tiguan and have Ray and everyone else at Galaxy Garage to thank for all the support and honesty. You guys are absolutely THE BEST!!!🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
