Lifetime Guarantee: Paint was sun damaged, took them the guarantee and they said, "No problem." EIGHT MONTHS later they are sill avoiding honoring the promise. This company is flat-out dishonest.

Their guarantee is horsepucky.
Given a "Lifetime Guarantee" on a $10,000 paint job. A decade later paint is seriously sun damaged. Called and took the car in in March 2018. Asked to bring it back for further evaluation several times over the next several months. By September was offered payment of $2k rather than a re-paint. I agree. Every month I call, every month I'm told they're about to give me the check. It's now mid-November. EIGHT MONTHS and I'm still waiting. This is a BS company, and it annoys me very much that me next step is Small Claims Court. I recommend you avoid this company.

Amazing Service
Mike in the San Rafael office is amazing.. He kept me informed every step of the way about the repairs to my car. I told him that my insurance wasn't covering my rental and and his team performed a miracle with how fast they were able to repair my car and get it back to me. Thank you, Mike!
