My insurance company provided this shop to take my car in. I called on Monday and they told me I needed an appt. It was scheduled for Wed @ 9am. I arrived at 850am and someone came out asking me about my schedule and if I could come back at 10am because they had a meeting at 9am. I told them no I wasn’t coming back. They sent out a female who told me I needed to pay my deductible. I said I don’t even have an estimate and neither does my ins company so why would I pay the deductible without knowing if I’m bringing my car in for them to do the repairs. What a joke this company is!! It would have been nice to be informed at the time my appt was scheduled.
