Quick, honest and professional
Frimet to Z has always worked on our fleet and personal vehicles. After dealing with other shops in the past that have struggled with correctly diagnosing the issue and seem to be part changers until they found defect. Dealing with Frimet to Z is a nice change. I drive past at least 5 other garages to get to this business.

Not Sure What Really Happened
Tech was asked to examine my hitch mount and bolts after a long cross country trip towing a trailer. I was first told one thing and then told another about why they broke off one of the bolts and had to drill it out. But I was there 2.5 hours and left with a feeling that I either wasn't being leveled with or the tech was not the most experienced one they could get. Either way, it was less than a positive experience. Thankfully they didn't charge me by the hour for the bolt debacle.

Communication Is Key
Their prices were pretty good but I had to bring my vehicle back to readdress one of the issues it was originally in for. I also got conflicting info on what the problem was from different people in the company. What was most unsettling was I was told something from the mechanic that was the opposite of what they told to the company insuring the work. That put me in a really bad position and I lost a lot of money as a result. I left there confused and unsure of whether work was done that wasn't needed and whether or not I was given 100% straight answers since they conflicted on several things. I took my car to another place to confirm one of the problems I was told I have and I did not have those problems at all. I will try them again but I do not feel entirely safe in their hands. They also refuse to make it easy on people that don't have rides to and from the shop. They won't let you wait for your vehicle even with an appointment, even if the work is only an hour's time.
