This is my third visit and every time I have received very good service. I am trusting them to maintain my vehicle and, so far, I have not been disappointed. Everyone is very friendly and they explain any work needed to be done in an easy, understandable manner.

Friendly Automotive is a fantastic company and a great place to take your vehicle for any repairs you might have. The service I received is some of the best and most thorough I have had in a very long time. From the service writers to the mechanics, they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Their estimates with pictures that showed the malfunctioning part, gave me a clear understanding of repairs were needed. When it comes to all my auto repairs Friendly Automotive is my go to repair facility!

These guys are truly friendly. I manage a fleet and send different people to drop off and pick up our vehicles and every one of my people come back and say how there name fits them. they have great service and good prices. They are excellent with communication. I love sending my fleet to these guys.

Unless you have endless money, or like being ripped off, or are just plain stupid, I would avoid this place.
I took my car in to get the oil and filter changed and to have the Check Engine light addressed. A guy called me in the morning saying they would charge $124.99 to do a diagnostic. I told him that all he had to do was plug the diagnostic computer into the jack under the dashboard and read the Code. I did not need to know that my headlights worked, my coolant level was good, and my turn signals worked. The Code for the Check Engine light said that there was a very small vaccuum leak at my gas cap. Minor work.
My bill was $562.92. A gas cap for $60.76 plus Job Supplies for $39.84. Then $99.76 charge for the leak detector use.
The oil and filter change was $82.25.
The only reason I went here was because my personal mechanic had his service vehicle down for repairs.
I wouldn't go here again if you put a gun to my head.
Ther're friendly alright as they fleece you.
Took vehicle to get plastic under shield reattached . The vehicle was looked at right away-at appointment time , secured in no time at all , and was done and ready to deliver. Great teamwork- consistently all the time-on all 6 of my vehicles!
