Great service
I have appreciated Friendly Automotive's good services on my vehicles. Then every time they get done with their good work they take it out for test drive, & that gives me an extra security for my safety. Plus, they have good coffee & I always enjoy their pop corn while waiting for my vehicle. They are really helpful with any questions That I am seeking to find out.

Bruce said it took a week for them to get back to him. He was quoted a price and when the vehicle was delivered it was much higher. He is very disappointed with the outcome of the transaction. He would not recommend the business for service due to these issues.

We are sorry to hear you were disappointed. We did try to call, but no response. As for the price being higher, the first price was for diagnostics, the second was for the part and installation which would not have been done without authorization. This place is a good place to go because they're friendly and they usually try to help you the only problem is when you ask them to get your vehicle. And I'm certain time such as I've dropped it off at 8 in the morning and needed it to be done by 1 and they all call me about 2:30 to tell me it's done when I needed to get my son at that time the only other problem that I've had with them is that they told me it was going to be a certain price to get our brakes put on and router and then they try to charge me double what they told me because they said that the price they quoted me was only for the front brakes and routers not for both back and front when I told them numerous times that I needed both of them to be done at the same time

Work done on my rig..
Felix and his crew are awesome, very knowledgeable/ professional. I've had a lot of work done on my Jeep and they make me feel very safe on the road and they don't recommend work I don't need or talk down to me because I'm a female, that's why I choose them!!

Vicky said she took the vehicle in and they told her it wasn't worth putting any money into. She appreciates their honesty , but thinks they should have seen those problems, when she had it in a month ago and put $1700 into it.

We are sorry for the bad news about your car and can understand your frustration when spending almost $1600 including tax on repairs. We usually try to let our customers know that when sealing up coolant leaks on an older vehicle, the pressure goes to the next weakest point and can begin to leak there in the future. We try to give as much information as possible and let everyone make their own judgement call on whether it is worth the risk to go ahead with repairs. While it is difficult to predict what will happen in the future, the fact that it was sealed up in October and didn't start to have problems until January is not bad. We hope you keep us in mind for future repairs and also for pre-purchase inspections.
