Took my truck in for a front-end alignment and check exhaust leak by engine. I believe it was Jim that called me several hours later stating that they could not do the work because of bad ball joints. I told him not to do any work and i would come and get the truck. Jim informed me that it would cost $693.25 to replace the ball joints, labor. To fix the exhaust leak would be $507.23. Then he said $1057.54 to replace 2 rear axle seals, brake pads, shoes and rotors. He said there was a $66.30 Safety Inspection Charge. When did Nebraska start doing safety inspections? I did not ask them to inspect my truck so that might be a charge since they did no work. They may what to inform customers of this charge. Be Aware!
