Quick response, straightforward and professional
I had a good experience with Fred’s Wrenchouse. They were able to schedule me for an appointment quickly on the first call. Fred took the time to ask what was going on with my car and what had happened leading up to the issue.

Later that same day, he called me back with an update and explained what repairs were needed. Unfortunately, the problem turned out to be a failed engine. Since I had already spent a lot of money on repairs for this car in less than a year, I wasn’t willing to put more than $1,000 into it, and the repair would have cost significantly more than that.

I decided to decline the repair, but Fred was very understanding and gracious about it. I arranged to have my car towed out of his garage, and the process was straightforward. I appreciated the quick communication and professionalism.
